With this certification, we confirm that you have successfully applied HYPERID in a real project environment.
And that your work on a small to mid-sized project (up to 1,000 person-days or €750,000 personnel costs) has been reviewed and audited by us — from planning to delivery.
Why is this important? Because companies don’t just want theoretical knowledge. They want results.
That’s why the HA1 certification goes beyond classroom learning. It builds on your HC2 (Certified HYPERID Project Manager) qualification and requires you to demonstrate your skills in action — under real conditions and with recurring audits throughout the project.
Audits are defined in advance with you and your company/client, and typically include:

Monthly remote project reviews via Microsoft Teams

Three key audits of your project leadership performance (start, middle, end)
